All attendees must register, and DSPs and other managers are allowed to register their clients/individuals. We abide by all HIPAA laws and regulations. Due to limited space, if you are not registered before the event, we can not guarantee a seat. Please refer to the "Admissions and Donations" section for guidelines! Registration Acknowledgment & Liability Waiver: By registering, I acknowledge that Access Integris, the Ten For Them Foundation, and Cornerstone Worship Center, including all staff, volunteers, and owners, are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, sensory issues, or other incidents resulting from the negligence or lack of supervision by the DSP or guardian accompanying the individual. By attending, I waive my right to hold any of the above entities or personnel responsible for any incident that may occur. I understand that any incident involving a participant will be considered the responsibility of the DSP or guardian supervising the attendee. By completing this registration I agree to this acknowledgment and waiver and accept full responsibility.
